The content is designed to demonstrate, particularly for those non-traditional beneficiaries of diversity, the reasons effective leadership cannot be accomplished without a focus on diversity and inclusion.

The convincing business case is less about demographics and the dimensions of the future workforce but rather the core elements that define leadership at all levels. The focus is more about our self-esteem as the motivating factor that drives behavior change and our influence on the performance and perception of others.
